    A Level: 7*24 response, 2-hour on site, this service is only for the customers who located within Hefei . We will assign technical engineers to customers' company for on-site maintenance in order to make the network engineering/software runs in the good condition every month.

    B Level: 7*24 response, 2-hour on site, this service is only for the customers who located within Hefei.

    C Level: We will assign technical engineers to customers' company for on-site maintenance when customers find any malfunctions on network engineering/software.
